Seems to be a pretty much accepted and official trend that in Harry Potter fanon that the Greengrasses tend to be more on the neutral side of things in the Wizarding World. Not really on good or bad just whichever will benefit them in the long run and wont affect their public image or legacy it seems...because gosh forbid it seems that they choose to do something actually good and rest of PureBlood stuck ups look down on them..sounds oddly to me like the Malfoys in that mindset honestly. A game of chess it seems they like to play, don't think they'd like me then cuz I wouldn't play the games, I'd just incinerate the whole board pieces and all perhaps as Gellert would have done.
