Seriously, the production staff went above & beyond to make Bell & Ryu's last stand against the Juggernaut Chimera something truly incredible. Sure, while it can't compare to the Astrea Familia's tragic encounter with this monstrosity, but it's still very praiseworth when it comes to the emotional significance of Ryu overcoming her trauma & finally moving forward... by enacting revenge on behalf of all her fallen comrades & dealing the killing blow! Once again, I'll stress this fact... RYU IS BEST GIRL and I'll die on this hill, cause the development & characterization she underwent this season was utterly incredible.
Thank you, J.C. Staff & Fujino Omori for elevating this series to new heights with this incredible season, it's leaps & bounds above everything else that came before it & I do so hope we'll maintain this quality with whatever comes next for the franchise. I don't doubt we'll get a Season 5 eventually, but it'd be nice to see Sword Oratoria receive similar levels of care going forward!
On a side note, Bell straight up saw "heaven" (aka Ryu's chest), and besides her genuine smile & the fact she's truly become an (immensely adorable) "maiden love," that's the best possible reward for everything this man just went thru in the Deep Floors!
