Sousou kind of has 2 meaning. It means funeral or funeral rites but culturally it takes more the meaning of bringing someone to the grave, so frieren means freeze in German so all together she’s literally called ice cold killer

Fern is a war orphan a human v human one. Just keep this in the back of your mind. I have a theory about warriors but won't mention until next episode. (Not confirmed in manga so theory) Also not confirmed but I think the barrier spell used in this ep is the same used on the tree that had flamme book hidden.
