It's funny that you said not a lot of people like Erin 'cause nowadays everyone's like OMG Erin is the best! But If I had to name one problem with the anime community is that they really don't let the characters be human. Like they'd be going through the worst thing, crying, and people would be like "Oh my god he's always crying, just get stronger already" and it'd always annoy me (happens to Deku in MHA a lot too) I feel like they just want these main characters to be like Goku, just fight and get stronger
