Sorry for the radio silence. Like I said in my previous post, I was busy with some personal work. I could only start working on the previous sketch at the starting of this week.
Apparently, India used to be so hot in the ancient times that clothing was very minimal. Women too would not care to cover their breasts. They would rather "feel the wind" than face the heat. It was a norm in many parts of India. It was only after Moghul invasion, followed by the rule of the British that women started to adopt covering their breasts. But still, the change was not immediate. Women preferred not to wear a blouse under their sarees. It was only later that they started to wear a blouse and fully cover their breasts.
The problem with outdoor lighting is it was very easy for the final result to become monochromatic. As it it was all becoming too warm. This was the only thing I had to be careful about. I feel I got the balance quite well but do let me know what you think. :)
