January Review
Added 2022-01-31 18:20:30 +0000 UTCGood afternoon everyone. I hope this update finds you well. As I'm writing this, I'm standing, leaned over on the kitchen island of a cousin. He and his wife have gone out of town for a week and asked that I come and house sit.
That said I did get your sketches done this month. Cowboys, yours are in the mail. Outlaws, due to higher postage, I have to take yours to the post office which I hope to do that sometime this week. Every piece was scanned into the computer yesterday but I ran out of time to upload them. So those will be uploaded late.
This month went really well. Things at home stayed pretty normal. No one I live with has contacted Covid yet. That's always a plus. My youngest cat, Odin, went in for neutering and then ended up needing to be treated for, what the vet thinks, is a bladder infection. He goes back in to have that reassessed in another week.
It's still very cold here. The lowest temperature dropping into the -30s F a week or two ago. I'm already over that and ready for spring.
As far as house hunting, I was waiting for PayPal to get me my 1099. Last I checked I still hadn't received that. Hoping for that soon so I can get my taxes figured out and move forward with pre-approval. If you know, you know, but my housing situation isn't ideally the best and it's time that I move out and have a space to call my own. Right now I'm cramped in a tiny bedroom. That's where I work, sleep and play while avoiding conflict when I can and the ongoing mess that seems to occur downstairs. (Can I say this house sitting gig couldn't have come at a better time?)
With that I'll end this one here. I can't thank you all enough for the continued support. It means so much to me and you've all been so wonderful to get to know.
If you haven't yet, do connect Patreon and discord so you can join in on more perks than what I offer on the website, as well as the conversations that occur over on my discord. Onward to Feb πΊ
