To get the poiyomi shader you have to join trought the official discord on the patreon they have for the free shader section download
if you cant upload its most likely issue with shader not working try check the shader folder and check for any error shaders such as pink looking shaders

import poiyomi 8.1 (if you want to use that! Standar Shader supported)
