Handling Replacement 1.1.0 (Support library)

A minor update to Handling Replacement for compatibility with newer game versions. Somewhere after game version 2802 (or more likely, 3095) this caused crashes when used, which this new version solves.
As far as I know, only Manual Transmission's dynamic AWD system uses it, so if you do not have cars that use this, this library is probably not needed for you. I just use it for Wanted188's R32 GT-R (seen in the banner) to simulate Nissan's ATTESA for that car.
This update takes some shortcuts to get things working - the readme/changelogs contain the technical details if you're interested, otherwise they should be of minimal consequence for you.
This library remains publicly and freely available on GTA5-Mods.com and GitHub.
