Its not set in stone, but I think this strikes a nice balance between them. Obviously, many other factors will affect muscle and fat levels, including toning and diet, but gaining stats will now have a direct effect on your muscle and fat levels, and overall bodyweight.
Stats alone will have added 240 pounds of muscle for Lisa Irons, plus her toning/conditioning will add another 75, totaling 315 of her recorded 375 pounds... she might have lost a little weight somewhere along the way ;p.
