This table is a list of ratios/parts to each exercise. Don't try to read a body-region top to bottom, that's meaningless. The chart reads left-to-right, any particular value in the exercise is divided by the SUM of all values, which gives as a fractional value to work with. That fraction is then multiplied by the workout effort (intensity x duration), to determine how much that muscle group gets trained. (and how much the durability/integrity of the same region gets depleted until you rest and heal)
I still need to calculate for intensity (/weights), and the matrix might need tweaking, but this chart marks-off the biggest part of the calculation. Most of the rest is coding passage branches/interactions other than the workout itself.
