Its been three weeks since the last public build, so here's an update to hold you guys over while I continue developing features for v0.3's release (SOON).

 v0.22 to ~v0.24 Improvements:
* Basic Combat with post-combat menu
* Basic Gym divided into areas
* Slave Collection (you can start acquiring them, but you can't do anything with them yet)
* Power-Drain (beta)
* Link-Hotkeys
* Travel
* Muscle Groups
* Improved Metabolic Efficiency at higher levels (97% less likely to starve to death after 2+ week long workouts...)
* Partial Housing System (there are 3 places characters can live at, but you cannot yet move... still need to add rent/utilities)
* NEW CHARACTER Tammi X (no relation to Malcolm... well, probably not anyway... her last name will depend on her choice of ancestry... sometime around v0.5)
* Light and Dark Karma have been split
* Stalker encounter (leads to combat)
* Randomly generated opponents/stalkers
* Item Cards in Food/Consumables Menu
* New option to Consume 10 servings (helps with smaller packages)
* Slave Cards (... I wonder if they are tradable? Gotta collect 'em all ;p)
* other UI and engine improvements...

v0.21 to v0.22 Improvements:

* Item Cards added to store
* Energy Meters added to home and detail screens
* Cindy's base-stats raised to 5
* 2 mental stats added (Instinct and Wisdom)
* 9 new energies (8 hybrid, 1 purely mental)
* Food/Item bonuses significantly buffed
* Full matrix support for all 15 energies on consumables
* Items provide an additional %bonus=sqrt(base effect)
* Passive regeneration/recovery added
* Active regeneration/sleep/resting significantly buffed
* Durations added to rest action links

The next feature in development is the Scheduled-Event-System for v0.25+, and its sub-nodes the Employment and Housing systems.
