Yeah, this episode was strange when it was dub as I felt it was missing something. When it first aired here in the states I've seen screenshots of the cut episodes on a fan Megaman site. It is sad Toadman didn't make any other appearances after this episode. I would've loved his Cross Fusion form with Ribitta.
