About Feitan there's actually a theory that he's a Zoldyck brother (and that he doesn't use his real name). In the manga when Kalluto said he wanted to bring his brother back, they never made any hint as to which brother. Since why would Kalluto join the troupe to bring Killua back? And Feitan does kinda look like a skinny and shorter Miluki. That being said, it's just a theory. There's no evidence and while there are some things that imply he could be a long lost brother, there's also other things that imply that it would be pretty hard.
