I think she also mentioned that she may even have to re-record the show portion and sync it back up due to the way they were captured. The set up she has with multiple cameras and not using a display capture on PC is pretty complicated. The lower production quality reactions that you see other YouTubers use is when they are recording on PC can simply set up OBS and capture the display. By doing this, you already have a fresh source that is cut and ready to go. I doubt she saved and rendered the full uncut versions of these way back before she put these up on YouTube.
