The sexy wow sound effect actually originates from an old game called Parodius (or at least, that seems to be the earliest usage that people could find). It's a fun shmup game (shoot 'm up) with all kinds of wacky stuff. While there's no nudity, a decent amount of it is also on the lewd side. It's the kind of crazy you can only find in Japanese produts. The sound effect has since been used in tons of other things.
