Well, there is that one anime that does have a guy who becomes a dad when he's like 12. And the premise of the anime is about his 10 year old daughter's same-age half-sister wanting to mate with him (apparently succubi can just get pregnant from multiple partners at the same time). It's not a hentai, but... probably not your thing. I suppose you might enjoy it if you want to see something that's both very wholesome and very messed up at the same time. Just wanted to mention that... there's indeed an anime character out there who became a father at the age of 12. The name is Astarotte's Toy for those interested.
