I don't think you should worry about overanalyzing this show. All the themes that you mention are core to the story - privilege, greed, class struggle, social breakdown, violence, pursuit and abuse of power, etc. BTW, these are all happening on both sides - Silco and his thugs are no different - in some cases worse - than the council in Piltover. That DUALITY is the main theme of the show - not just in the relationship between the cities of Piltover and Zaun, but it can also be seen in the conflicts between characters like Vi and Jinx, Silco and Vander, Jayce and Victor. There are two sides to everything! π€
