Maiev Shadowsong - preview

Following the trend of making heroes "chilling out" on their off-days, I thought it would be fitting for a character like Maiev, that's a very serious/militar character, to go some place isolated, with some light gear and just put her thought together.
So this is the first preview for her image =)

2018-07-26 21:11:10 +0000 UTCthanks! initially I considered doing her standing up, but since we already had catwoman standing, I thought it would be cool to make her sitting. Then it was a matter of finding a pose that would fit the character =D

2018-07-24 13:34:02 +0000 UTCOh I am really liking this pose, the way she's gazing off into the distance, head turned away from the direction of her body, shoulders slanted with a curve running through her torso. Despite sitting still, you've made her look dynamic π. I like the asymmetry of her legs too with one raised higher than the other, both calves flowing down and converging. The environment looks like it's going to be very nice too and I like the straight lines of the pillars and stairs set against the organic lines and shapes of Maiev. I'll be very eager to see the colours that you use and the full level of detail painted
