Patreon-exclusive games will now require an itch.io account to access. Access will also have to be refreshed once per month.
Here's how it works, using lachevite theater as an example:
1. Follow this link https://lachevitesecret.itch.io/lachevite-theater/patreon-access
2. Connect your patreon account (you need to create an itch.io account if you don't have one already)
3. Once you've claimed the game, you will be taken to a page that says there is nothing available to download. This is because it's a browser game! To go to the game, hit the "Game page" button, or just use the game link: https://lachevitesecret.itch.io/lachevite-theater

You'll have to refresh access once per month, as itch.io unfortunately does not support automatically granting and revoking access through patreon at this time. This means you'll have to repeat these steps after the 1st of every month, but after that you're good to go until the next month!
The pinned post now contains links to current projects, as well as instructions and potential issues people have mentioned: https://www.patreon.com/posts/links-77014474
I am sorry for the additional hassle, I hope everything works smoothly. One upside to this method is that the urls should always stay the same now, meaning you won't have to check back for the current url after every update (...though "untitled" is likely to get a name change at some point...). All of this may change in the future, for example if itch.io improves their patreon features, but it's likely that this is how it's going to work for some time at least.
Thank you for your support
