If you want another movie with Buffy actors, PLEASE please do Can't Hardly Wait! Seth Green, Amber Benson, the girl that plays Veruca, as well as many other 90s teen icons. PLEASE DO IT!!!!

2026-03-07 20:28:10 +0000 UTC"Exactly what I expected" hits it right on the nail. This movie gives you exactly what it promised. Other comments already pointed out that many other actors appeared in "Buffy" beyond Eliza. It was a semi-common joke in the early-00s that every pretty actress in their teens or 20s appeared in either the show or this movie. I've never seen any of the sequels so I can't say if they're good or bad on their own merits, but I do know that none of the cast from the original returned, and they all went straight-to-video. Those aren't good indicators, since it indicates that budget and effort went WAY down. It's still possible for them to be good -- I've seen plenty of great direct-to-video products -- but I'm not counting on it. If you're looking for another show to CHANGE YOUR LIFE the way "Buffy" did, I'll recommend "Avatar: The Last Airbender", which you had on a poll (that it didn't win). It would be hard to oversell how good that show is.

2026-02-28 00:02:11 +0000 UTCA couple other Buffy connections than those already mentioned! It was filmed at Torrance High School, the same location as Sunnydale High. You can really tell when they’re in the courtyard, with the iconic covered walkway with arches (the same one the gang walks down at the end of the pilot when Giles says “the earth is doomed”). Secondly, the music was composed by Christophe Beck, who also did most of Buffy, including the very recognizable “Close Your Eyes” - the Buffy/Angel love theme. I loved how much you enjoyed this movie and appreciated the nostalgia.
