I’m another one playing catch-up here. So, a reupload of the video would be nice.

I think those updates should be in here, this is where the people who've paid for the content are looking no?
I literally subbed right when she released Bad Eggs and I've been like am I crazy or has she not released content since I subbed lol.

I too would appreciate an update. Going on two weeks with no word, at this exact particular point in the season... excruciating. lol

So as lack-luster as this episode is, there's some interesting setup for some future story stuff, that really only becomes apparent upon a re-watch. Yes, I'm being deliberately vague to avoid spoilage. Don't worry, there's nothing crucial here. Just some curious bits, if you ever happen to see this episode again, after finishing the series.
Someone mentioned this episode was loosely cribbing from the book "The Puppet Masters," by Robert Heinlein. Also similar, the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" movies. There's the 1950s original, and the 1978 remake, and then all the subsequent remakes. The 1978 film is a must. Creepy as hell, but gripping. The original is also good, but I'd skip the rest.
Finally, it always bugs me that the mirror gag in the mall doesn't really work. They needed to start on Buffy, so you would see both her, and her reflection as she's descending on the escalator. Then she looks up, sees the mirror reflection of the girl alone, talking as though there's somebody there, next to her. Buffy would then look over, see the girl talking to a Gortch brother (I can't remember which one). For good measure, Buffy would look back, and confirm that the cowboy isn't reflected in the mirror.
But I get it, they're churning out a forty-four minute episode of TV every nine days, and at some point you're not getting the best shot; you're grabbing the shot you can get, before you have to move on.
Anyway, this episode gave us cowboy vamps, pink spidery creepies that attache themselves to the back of your neck, and a big blobby thing in the ground with one eye. Don't know why this wasn't a home run.

There are a few "passover" eggs in this one.
Willow wanted to play mommy and daddy with Xander so bad she was
jumping out of her seat and reaching out to him, but Xander was totally oblivous.
Buffy says she is "doomed to lead my mother's life".
Willow Rosenberg is Jewish, she said so. Cool.
The 1969 movie "The Wild Bunch" had two brothers named Tector and Lyle Gorch ...
Buffy mentions slaying vampires to her mom for the first time (I think, not sure what she said in LA after the school gym burned down). Of course Joyce dismisses it.
The Bezoar is the first thing we have seen that eats vampires. It's the second big monster that comes from below. Still not as creepy as bug guy, or the religious maniac vampire from season 1.
