Loved your reaction to this. Did you ever see Heathers (1989)? I think you'd like it. Rather similar to Cruel Intentions, in that it features hijinks by sophisticated high-schoolers that turn much, much too serious. A magnificent dark (very dark) comedy.

2023-06-02 04:33:01 +0000 UTCFun watching this with you. In '99-'00, my college roommates and I watched this a ridiculous amount of times. I still LOVE the end when Bittersweet Symphony comes on. Election is another good Reese movie from'99.
