Sorry, I didn't see this comment. I'd say he falls off due to players moving better, respecting viktor's damage better, playing around viktor's spells better like his W R etc. A lot of champions by default out scale him and out impact him quite easily

2024-06-05 11:56:20 +0000 UTCI think it's completely viable and if you wanna play it you should. as for build, I think the build you mentioned is good, but I can also see some other builds working (Stridebreaker is underrated, bork can be ok sometimes, cleaver can work sometimes)
