2024-04-28 23:12:58 +0000 UTCnothing changed, rune is the same as release. the reason why its getting more popular now is because players have realized it's strength which happens at level 9, getting you an extra point into an ability is very valuable on a lot of champions. rod of ages does not do the same thing, because it spikes later in game (usually around level 13-14), but this rune comes online at 9 which is quite early into the game.
