Viktor build - I'd say it's mana item/lichbane 1st and manaitem/lichbane second. Third is usually rabadon/cryptbloom. I never tried Viktor so I don't know how easy it is to manage mana with rushing Lich Bane first, but if you can, then I think Lich Bane rush is probably just the best.

From what I can tell the main ideas are ROA, Ludens, or Lichbane first, and after that it devolves into situational items. I like ludens and lichbane, but I don't really understand ROA. I get that people like it into teamcomps where you get perma dove and need the tank stats / enemy are squishy enough that you don't need mass damage, but everytime I build it I feel so gimped in terms of damage. Either way I'd love to hear your thoughts on Viktor builds atm. === There isn't a point in defending shit gameplay, but my ego demands I explain myself anyways :) I went from 1200 --> 2200 DPI recently, and am still adjusting. I like the higher DPI better but good lord I've been throwing out some disgusting E's I'm really dumb and went malig components when I wanted to build ludens raba because in my mind I can't Q AA in teamfights without getting onetapped by Brand rylais slow. But I built a codex so I figured I may as well build horizon focus after that. My clicks v smolder w's are really terrible + indecisive. Will dodge perpendicular. Thank you again for the review Nemesis. I have been getting complacent with my own reviewing and this is a good reminder to stop being lazy and actively work to improve again.
