Personally, I use Clip Studio or Comic Life 3. Comic Life 3 is perfect for adding captions and speech, I just started using it a year or two ago when I first heard about it. All of my comic stuff is Comic Life 3, things like Match Cards or other layered image work I do with Clip Studio.

2024-03-11 15:17:53 +0000 UTCI honestly don't have the patience for post-work lol. I much prefer effects I can apply in DAZ. Although, if I open a Patreon of my own, I might consider trying to figure out a streamlined way to add captions and speech stuff in GIMP that won't disrupt my workflow.
