Jasper's coworker and best friend
Unlike Jasper, who is more analytical and prefers to attack from a distance, Cryst is more impulsive and prefers direct confrontation, which often gets them both into a lot of "trouble."
Despite their differences, sometimes arguing or competing with each other (neither likes to lose), they are inseparable friends, willing to give their lives to protect the other.
