"Also known as the crime lord, he is a powerful ice magician, capable of creating great storms or freezing an active volcano, being considered one of the most successful and dangerous criminals in the world
Although his winter powers are unmatched, he prefers to make use of technology and run his illicit businesses from his frozen base before getting his hands dirty, leaving the work to his henchmen or even hiring other villains (like Tokat or Noah).
He currently has a fragile truce with Quetzal in which he provides her with rare artifacts or information about other villains in exchange for her not getting in the way of her business and bothering Leo from time to time (seems he not like the new competition or there may be something more between both boys...)"

Well Leo has fire powers, so i think that's how they complement each other XD
