My other option would be Montreal's show but thats always on the same angle (last show of the tour because Gaga injured herself during the last part of the show)

The Monster Ball Tour before the Born This Way Ball has an official DVD and was on HBO for a while. Can't wait to finish this journey hopefully before he new album with an anticipated February release.

However, there are some fan made versions on YouTube that have the full concert there. I went to this tour and in my opinion, it’s the best one she’s done.
