Mutual(?) Feederism

Despite how badly you wanted to stand, your body was wracked with such lethargy that all you could do was keep forcing your breath in against the painful bloat of your midsection.
People always warned you not to get in bed with crazy, but when you met a woman that was all too happy to engage in feederism, you figured a little crazy would be good. Maybe she'd be willing to go farther, become unheatlhier, all for the sake of your pleasure...
You just didn't expect THIS. For, after hundreds of pounds of gain, the woman to turn the tables so swiftly and thoroughly that you could do nothing but let her. Sitting on your lap, pinning you in place as she fed you, cramming food down your throat such that all you could do was swallow in the hopes to steal a breath before more food was pushed into your mouth.
The distant sound of the front door clicking made you tense. The floor creaked beneath the weight of heavy footfalls.
"I'm baaaaack~" Her voice, so sultry and yet dangerously unhinged floated into the room. "And I have SOOO much food for US to eat~!"
Your stomach gurgled and groaned --- a futile plea for mercy that would not come.
