Chitauri Calories

Being as nimble as she was, it was almost effortless to fall back into her training and fight these otherworldly beings as though they were men. When one dared to get too close, it fell like a man would too...
And then, a strange projectile unlike the glowing beams of energy pierced her, making her thigh flare with pain. "Ack- the hell..?" She ripped the projectile out, watching as it continued to inject a strange goo into the open air... the same strange goo it'd been injecting into her moments before.
Something gurgled beneath her skin, and then an immense heat and pressure flowed across her body. Black Widow staggered as her bodysuit quickly tightened, the stretchy fabric creaking and groaning as her lower body expanded several times over. Her zipper came undone against her will, as her stomach ballooned with mass and even her bust grew several sizes.
"Gh- what the hell..!?" She fought against her newfound heft, hips swaying dramatically as she moved halfway between a walk and a waddle to get into cover. She could barely even wrap her head around the POINT of a weapon like that... sure, it made her a bigger target and made it harder to move, but if they could hit her with that in the first place why not just take her down with a proper bullet? Whatever conclusions she couldn't come to, there was one that came swiftly and with dread.
'Stark isn't gonna let me hear the end of this...'
