Added 2021-03-29 03:42:01 +0000 UTCThis is a new non-fandom OC of mine. Nia has speedster-style abilities, though it's handled much more like a quirk factor or like a normal mutant ability, rather than the speed-force style of the Flash.
Not too much written for her in backstory yet, but I'm happy with the design itself!
