Didn't get many suggestions, but hopefully you guys like the options you have!
PLEASE limit yourself to two votes. I can't stop you from voting for all three, but if it stalemates out I pick from them myself. The same goes for a tie --- if two or more options tie, I basically get free reign on which one I do.
