You meet her through another girl’s event. If a character doesn’t have a hint available in the profiles, then she’s not yet interactable And when she’s available/you met her, then she’ll have the hint that also tells you where to find her. So no searching around the map for a character is needed.

2025-07-07 01:19:45 +0000 UTCBeen a minute since I played 24. Still no more quests or hints in 27. Who is Lucy? She's not in my main or side girls. Roaming the map randomly would be the only way for me to find a Lucy. It's a general question for everyone that hasn't played for awhile
