After doing a meeting with Marianne, Hilda decided to went back to her home, despite it was almost late at night. Suddenly, she met with Eirika, without knowing that she was brainwashed, and about to lure her to become another victim of Eirika's master. Hilda followed where Eirika took her to without any suspicion, and as both of them arrived at the place, Eirika placed Hilda inside a sarcophagus, until it was too late for her to realize Eirika's 'intention' to her - by turning her into a golden statue, to add the power for the dark mage, as well as decoration for his throne.
