New Chapter 6 is here!

Those of you with reading comprehension (which should be all of you, considering you’re paying to read a story) read that correctly! The new Chapter 6 is dear, queer, but not near--- ’cause it’s already here! BTW, I rhymed the fuck out of that!

The reason it’s so late is that I was going to release it on Halloween since I thought it would be at most 5–6k words like most of my average chapters. But no---this bad boy was standing at 12k just today! Yeah, you heard that right. Then I decided, “Fuck it,” took 3k for Chapter 7, and gave Chapter 6 a new ending, bringing it to about 9.5k+ words---basically as long as a chapter and a half.

So, technically, I haven’t broken my promise of there being four chapters in November. Chapter 7, which is probably going to be around 10k words, is coming out on the greatest day in human history---November 16th, my birthday! And then you’ll get another chapter at the end of the month.

Small side note: I am never going to complain about GRRM not releasing Winds ever again. The man probably doesn’t want it to be a billion words but just can’t stop it from becoming a billion words.

Chapter 7 will be “Big Daddy Raga’s Home,” and Chapter 8 will be “Orarion Aunties Are Gossipin’ About Cursed Tea,” which will feature reactions from across the City of Heroes---including POVs from Ottar, Riveria, Shakti, Asfi, and Fels----along with a secret reveal of the big baddy (who may or may not also be a daddy of a different kind) of the story at the end.
