To join the server, just make sure your Patreon account is linked in your Patreon settings.
Once your account is linked and your subscription is active, you’ll automatically get access to the Discord server

If that happens, just close and reopen Discord, then wait a little. I’ve heard that sometimes even if your account is linked, connecting to the server can take a while
