Aftermath - The Invitation Pt 1 Jan 29th-31st
Added 2025-01-22 19:28:47 +0000 UTC"The invitation" is another "snapshot" in time of Arsen's journey in The Brotherhood. It is not a continuation of the original Aftermath storyline, but a different point in time. Hopefully, that makes sense.
I had to write "The Invitation" because Arsen's voice has been in my head for months. It seems he really wants to get this out there. I needed to clear this out of my memory banks in order to continue with Awakening without distractions. Is it any good? Probably not, so sorry in advance, lol.
As it was with the original Aftermath, once part 1 is out, I'll return to Awakening with no idea when part 2 of "The invitation" will drop. It can be in a month or 6 months. Arsen will let me know when it's time to drop it.
I've attached the original "Aftermath" for those who missed it or just want to go back and reread it without having to dig through all the post. I also attached "The Stranger" for good measure.

I have enjoyed rereading both novelettes, and I think that The Stranger is the one that meant the most to me. Deeply moving and gave a fantastic insight into Q.
