Demon lord armament concept 1

I want Demon lord to have a weapon that's also living demon r that's can switch between normal weapon form into a demon. Basically ger armament is a living weapon type of demon that's forge from human souls. Currently I have 4 arm in mind. the first one is a blade. Still working their basic design and skin tone. Either they have same skin tone as their weapon form or they are all tan. Still have to go throught 3 more lol
