It was about Yandare scientist who’s is recurring villains that fought with duo of magical girl. One of the duos is originally was a guy but turn into girl whenever he transforms. she’s falls madly in love with his gender bend magical form. Decided to permanently turn him into girl via liquid metal and program hin to love her turn him into her partner in crime.

If so I'd love to see the other magical girl become their servant or slave and then they turn the city into their own personal army or maybe even just go hide and start their own life together could also be fun. One the yandere has the one they love and dealt with the other magical girl their isn't really any other reason to not settle down no? :p
