As it seems, Rin from Senran Kagura won the voting and she gets to have a breast expansion scene.
Now many of you suggested a base size as a starting point, so I'll use that, but I'll try to find a final size, that is going to be fitting for her, the question is, what kind of expansion do you prefer?
Air/Water/Milk/etc?
Because that will determine her shape, so keep that in mind :P
