Tickle Tsunade

At first, Sakura doesn't understand how this could help improve her chakra control, but soon she starts to notice that the more she licks Tsunade's feet, the more her chakra builds up in her forehead. It's the toughest training of her life, and it seems like she's actually enjoying it!
