These options were all selected by people in the Influencer Tier. I will close the poll and then discuss possible ends in Discord before writing it on Thursday or Friday for upload at the end of the week.
Whoever is chosen will be the Sub in the fic, and the bad ends that happen to them will be based on things from the series. I am no longer going to include the names of who suggested which option, but they are free to come forward themselves on the server and say what they suggested if they want. You can vote on multiple choices.
