Game Over Fic Vote - Tuesday 15th April

I once again missed the Game Over fic poll suggestions on Monday but remembered them Wednesday, so I'm putting the poll up now as I had to give Influencers time for suggestions. It will be due Tuesday the 15th, at around this time. These options were all selected by people in the Influencer Tier. I will close the poll and then discuss possible ends in Discord before writing it on Thursday or Friday for upload at the end of the week.
Whoever is chosen will be the Sub in the fic, and the bad ends that happen to them will be based on things from the series, or in Carolina's case, she will be the dom inflicting ends on characters suitable for the setting. I have included who submitted the characters in square brackets so that it's all open and clear. You can vote on multiple choices.
