Added 2020-08-28 04:34:02 +0000 UTCI got the warning that holding a r a f f l e on patreon are considered as gambling, therefore, i need to change my tier 3 reward.

Honestly, I've seen some still hold it, they just don't mention it as part of the tier rewards. Reub still does his patreon sketches, for example. Some of it's just a wording thing for legal reasons, as you can't have someone "paying" for a raffle entry without lottery laws coming into effect.
