WOW! I had a blast chatting with everyone about... just about everything.

We got into my Patreon curriculum, practice habits, AI, how social media works, career advice, pricing your work, and a bunch of other stuff.

My recommendation: sit down to your easel and pop this video on like it was a podcast- there are some valuable moments that you won't want to miss.

See you in the next one 🫢

From the original post so you know what this is about:

In this career it's easy to find yourself feeling alone. Without a community or group of supportive colleagues, but in fact you have a bunch- and I'm one of them.

I want to hang out with you all, hear your questions, thoughts, ideas, and pitch you some projects that I have coming up on Patreon and just talk about the Art life in general. If you're game, we will meet on Zoom for about an hour at the appointed time.

It will be super casual, no preparation needed. Just show up to contribute or even just to listen.

I can be there but I would love for you to touch on the subject of Russian art education… I saw a vid of a Russian art professor, and he was talking about the way Russia is educating their students, it seems that even the level of students In Russia surpass the level of western artist, there they value skills very much, here we seem to be wanted to be art genius of creating without putting the work, I don’t want to shed negative light on us, but to see the way we used to think about art and getting this skills first and creativity comes after… would you comment a little about your opinion? Looks like Russia is the new (Rome/France) when it comes to art
