Block In Bootcamp, Memory Drawing #2

UPDATED: Group critique added + Edited stream footage

Group critique: https://youtu.be/ev7-ibGOgOo

If you want to catch up on the structure of this lesson start out with part 1:

https://www.patreon.com/posts/block-in-memory-78448793

We are going to follow the same strategy here as in part 1. We will focus on different types of information that we can recognize, name, and memorize. Splitting time between observing and drawing. All of this will be followed by a group critique via Zoom to clarify the lessons learned during this stream.

Same materials as last time: graphite, a couple of sheets of paper, erasers, etc.

See you there!

From the tip of your pencil down to where you hold it with your index finger- this is where I take the measurement. Trial and error to get the correct measurement.

However I do have a question on one measurment....how did you divide the top of head to bottom into thirds without a ruler?...I am havinig a difficult time figuring it out with just a pencil for measuring.

I just joined Block in Boot Camp and decided to start with memory drawing ( it sounded so interesting ). Great idea to not look back at source and see what you can remember, correct and try again, then look at source and try again. Wow, it is amazing ata how the memory improves after each attempt.
