2 Way Fork. READ FULLY.

So I'm writing this on a bit of a somber note, namely I've just gone past the $500...in a decreasing direction. I recall only 6-8 months ago I was at near $1000. So within the space of half a year, the donations have dwindled by now more than 50%.

Nobody is telling me why, I'd love to know, I know I'm not entitled to them, but I can't fix things unless people tell me. I can put two and two together, it started dwindling when I started the Dickgirl Dorm Revamp, people on F95, Discord and even here have been saying I should start a new project, and that DDR is a failure, it's worse than the previous one.

I'll be honest, with $1,000 coming out for my AAT Level 2 (and about £1,200 left on my dental bill treatment alongside about £900 in tax to pay for the last tax year), as well leaving one of my jobs to work on this more full time (down from 15.5 to 4 hours per week), I have a big decision to make, a 2 way fork if you will. Once again take another risk and trust it will work and gradually the donations will increase, or...get a second or third job, maybe even completely full time and dropping this entirely.

Looking and adjusting my personal income vs expenses sheet (yes I made one of those), I need the donations on here to be at no less than $410, which gives me about £300 per month in addition to wages of £195. It's not a lot, but I've gambled and still are taking the risk of this picking back up and/or my AAT Level 2 passing and getting an entry level role for about £27,000 per annum ($36,516).

I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't have Social Media, and as of only a few weeks ago I deleted my Just Eat, Deliveroo and UberEats accounts, so I don't waste those donations (and pile on the pounds!).

WITH ALL THIS IN MIND: I'VE MADE A DECISION:

I'm not stopping Dickgirl Dorm Revamp, point blank I don't give a rats ass that people think it's a pile of crap, I wanted to complete it for me, to no longer have the project be abandoned. BUT...It's near the 1.0 version (0.9 comes out 26th this month, 1.0 in late August/Early September). I.e. it's halfway through development, I consider at that point to be basic level. At that point my plan was to do DDR to 2.0 alongside 5 updates of Isadora The Wife Explorer, now I'm thinking I need to pull the stops out, get people back on my page and get you folks to have a reason to donate, so here it is...MY NEXT PROJECT!!!!

Oh yeah, as soon as DDR is at 1.0. I will be starting my next project to run alongside it, this won't take too much extra time, because I want to make it a bit simpler than DDR, I want a Visual/Kinetic Novel, but with choices, paths and different endings based on user choices, however I have a LOT of ideas, so BY OR AT THIS WEEKEND (get those pledges in) I will be posting THE OFFICIAL NEW PROJECT POLL!!! Voting patrons and above will decide what new project I start in 2 months time when DDR is at 1.0. Not only that, but voting patrons and above I'm gonna get you involved by each month having you decide how that project goes, the character interactions, paths etc.

Tl;dr:

• 2 months time I start a new project alongside DDR.

• Full official poll for what that project is will be posted by end of Sunday this week.

• Voting patrons and above will have a vote each month for how the project develops and what they want to see in it. I want you to be involved, to feel a part of this.

• In addition to finishing off 0.9. I'm gonna be thinking of ALL the potential project ideas, again...please comment, I'd love to hear some ideas.
