Update

Howdy folks,

The Hiatus is set to end on June 28th, and I wanted to give you all an update as to the going ons of all the stories.

The Boy and the Stick:

Planned, partly written

Primordial Poet:

Somewhat planned. I thought I had a good idea of everything, but following the events of Symphony, it's VERY complicated. That's part of why I started QuestWright. I already had an idea of what systems I wanted in place and how the plot would move forward, but I need time before I can dive into PP correctly.

The Plan:

The current plan is to continue with QuestWright and see if I can crank out most of a book during the summer. Once Book 1 is done, I'll be working on both TBatS, and editing Symphony book 4 for publication. It's not that I can't find a good copyeditor, it's just that I'm worried that any edits which come through won't be in my voice.

Currently, I have several shoutouts scheduled for the next few weeks on two fronts for Royal Road. One set for Symphony, as it will soon strike Amazon, and another set for QuestWright, as its release date is also approaching. I've timed the release of QuestWright to be right in the middle of the final two chapters of Symphony. 30 minutes after the second to last chapter publishes, there'll be an author's announcement for QuestWright, then 30 minutes after that, Symphony's Epilogue will hit.

I hope to give you four chapters a week, until summer ends and after my initial burst last week. That means Saturday, you'll get chapters 7-10, and the following week, 11-14. The shape of the story should become clear by around Chapter 16, and I'm hoping you'll all be as excited as I am about it. It's pretty dang cool.

For those of you who are Tier 2+, you should be getting your stickers mailed to you soon (3-month membership required), and I'm working on adding more stuff to the 2+ pinned post at the top of Patreon. I'm also planning on writing a few Symphonic short stories when I have a little free time, though I don't know when that'll be.

I think that's about it for news and updates. Once the final version of the Book 2 Cover for Symphony comes my way, I'll release it to everyone. The rough draft was pretty dang cool, and if they make the edits I proposed, it'll be even better.
