Taulmann Alloy 910 Nylon

Ugh... this stuff prints great but it’s tolerances are 1.71-1.62. I bought mine during a $40 per kg sale and it’s normally $80 a kg. Basically it’s poor for tolerance but it prints really well.

So far I’ve been testing the Buildtak Nylon sheet to great success. No warping with plenty of post print grip. Mind you I’ve only done a test cube and these carabiners.

My next prints will become more and more difficult to really give these sheets the tough tests they deserve.

Now I’m on the hunt to order a better nylon to test. Alloy 910 is superior in over all strength but it’s heat resistance is Petg level and is designed to not warp easily. I need something that will truly test the surfaces and see which holds up against nylons need to change shape as it cools unevenly.
